Deposit Policy for Blowouts & New Clients

We will require a $20 deposit for all blowout bookings (wash and blow) and new clients who booked for a color/perm/keratin/treatment service. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be moved to your next appointment as long as you give us 24 hours notice. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time or for any no-shows.

Changes and Cancellation Policy

We value your commitment to Blow+Bar, and we appreciate your understanding of our booking policy. Making changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and is greatly appreciated.

Please be aware that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of $20. No-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service appointment. These fees will be applicable at your next appointment.

Late Policy

To guarantee a smooth start to all appointments, we kindly reserve the option to reschedule any appointment for guests arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time to a more suitable slot. If you will be late, please call us so we can plan our schedule accordingly. We always aim to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability, keeping in mind the available time constraints. Your understanding in this matter is truly appreciated.

Redo Policy

We stand firmly behind all of our services. If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please reach out to us within 7 days. Upon assessment, we will advice if any adjustments are complimentary or if there is a fee.
