Appointment Changes and Cancellation Policy

We value your commitment to Blow+Bar, and we appreciate your understanding of our booking policy. Making changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and is greatly appreciated.

Please be aware that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 20% of service booked. 

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked. 

Late Policy

To guarantee a smooth start to all appointments, we kindly reserve the option to reschedule any appointment for guests arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time to a more suitable slot. If you will be late, please call us so we can plan our schedule accordingly. We always aim to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability, keeping in mind the available time constraints. Your understanding in this matter is truly appreciated.

Redo Policy

We stand firmly behind all of our services. If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please reach out to us within 7 days. Upon assessment, we will advice if any adjustments are complimentary or if there is a fee.
